Technical System Engineer (suspend)
Requirements:
1) Microsoft Windows 2008 or above with HA configuration and setup
2) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above with HA configuration and setup
3) VMware 5.0 or above
4) Server Hardawre such as HP blade infrastructure, HP rack-mount servres, Dell servers, IBM srevers and so on.
5) Database, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Storage, IT Infrastructure
System Engineer (Windows Server)
Responsibilities:
Provide first and second tier support for Network Infrastructure and Windows Server
Perform regular patched updates for Windows Server
Perform network and server performance monitoring
Perform incident and problem management
Requirements:
Diploma in Information System or above
Experience in Windows system & network support advantageous
MCSE/CCNA/CCNP holders advantageous
IT Helpdesk Specialist / Deskside Support (suspend)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide all desktop responsibilities and liaise with users, application teams and vendors to resolve problems
Support skill & knowledge for Blackberry, Windows XP, MS Office, IBM Lotus and MS Outlook are preferable
Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with users, application teams and vendors
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
At least 2 year relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Internal Support
Hands-on experience in the administration and support for Windows Servers
Experience in Voice & Video conference tools support and knowledge is an added advantage
Valid certification of MCSE is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
